Terms and Conditions

Rental rates are per night, per week or per property.
The currency used for any transaction is the Euro.

Payment must be made by bank transfer. A deposit of between 25% and 50% depending on the type of property you have chosen, so that the reservation will be confirmed. The amount of the remaining stay will be charged one week before the day of entry.

Check in and check out times:

Arrival time 16pm
Departure time 10am

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

30 days before the start of the rental – loss of deposit.
After the entry, you will be charged the full amount.

A security deposit of € 300 will be required to cover damages or losses.

Services included in the rent:

cleaning
towels
Bedding
(Cleaning and change of linen every 7 days)

Additional cleaning service upon request and extra value.

Additional services include:

Extra bed 10 € per night
Baby cots and high chairs 10 € per stay, however they are subject to availability.

Cancellation by O.A Property Management

O.A Property management is entitled to modify or withdraw any reservation due to circumstances beyond our control for example:
fire, flood, theft damage or any other occurrence that renders the property uninhabitable or unable to provide the conditions we offer.
In this case a new eligible property will be awarded to you or a full refund.

All of our information in our promotional media, depart from these Booking Conditions, and any other conditions stipulated in the chosen property.

This site has illustrations and suggestions of locally available activities such as diving, golf, surfing, etc.

It is not the responsibility of O.A Property Management to ensure that suppliers have the correct insurance, facilities and trained personnel for their needs.

Internet and Wi-Fi access is available when indicated in the accommodation description.
